Terms and Conditions – cv99 Pakistan Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and cv99 (referred to as "we", "us" or "the platform") governing your access to and use of all products and services offered through cv99.bz and the cv99 mobile application. By creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you accept these terms without reservation.

cv99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and cv99.

2. Eligibility

To register and use cv99 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf – not on behalf of any company, syndicate or third party.
• You must not be acting in a professional capacity in a way that conflicts with these terms.
• You must not be an employee, contractor or family member of an employee of cv99.
• Your use of the platform must be for personal entertainment purposes only.

cv99 takes age verification seriously. If we have reason to believe that a player is under 18, or that the information provided during registration is inaccurate, we reserve the right to suspend the account and request documentation to verify identity and age. Access to funds may be restricted until verification is complete.

cv99 does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals who are already subject to a self-exclusion agreement at any gaming platform. If you are currently self-excluded from gaming, you are not eligible to register on cv99.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active account on cv99. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, cv99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and, in cases where the duplication was used to claim bonuses or circumvent restrictions, to void any associated balances or winnings.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. cv99 may at any time request documentation to verify the information you have provided. Accepted documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued identification.

Your account login credentials are personal to you. You must not share your username, password or any OTP with any other person. cv99 will never ask for your password through any channel. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not it was authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact cv99 support immediately.

Account names and profile details must not contain offensive, misleading or inappropriate language. cv99 reserves the right to request a change of username or to modify account display names that violate this standard.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cv99 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following deposit methods are currently supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant transfers, standard bank transfer, debit cards and credit cards. New payment methods may be added or existing methods may be modified from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your cv99 wallet in real time for JazzCash and Easypaisa, and within standard banking processing times for bank transfers. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within the expected timeframe, contact the support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for your most recent deposit, subject to identity verification. cv99 reserves the right to apply standard anti-money laundering checks before processing withdrawals. During verification, withdrawal processing may be temporarily paused. Providing documentation promptly will minimise any delay.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the platform at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and by account tier. VIP members at Platinum and Diamond tier are eligible for higher withdrawal limits and priority processing timelines.

Funds deposited into your cv99 wallet that have not been used for wagering for an extended period of inactivity may be subject to the platform's dormant account policy. Details of this policy are available from the support team on request.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

cv99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, validity periods and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are communicated at the time each bonus is offered or credited.

General bonus rules that apply across all offers unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Wagering contributions may differ by game type – Sports Betting, Casino table games and Slots typically carry different contribution percentages.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment and may not be exploited through low-risk, systematic or automated wagering strategies. cv99 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where such activity is detected.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to the support team. Using funds that were clearly credited in error may result in account action.
• cv99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

6. Sports Betting Rules

cv99 offers Sports Betting across Cricket, Football, Esports and other major sporting events. All bets placed through the Sports Betting section are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip before confirming. cv99 will not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed, except where permitted by in-play cash-out functionality where available.
• Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. The odds shown at the time you tap Confirm are the odds at which your bet is settled.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or void, bets on that event will be settled according to the specific event rules displayed at the time of market creation.
• Cricket matches, including PSL fixtures and T20 internationals, are settled based on the official result declared by the governing body of the competition. Reduced-overs results are treated as official results where the governing body recognises them.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per day apply and are displayed within the Sports Betting section. These limits may differ for VIP members.
• cv99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or priced in error, or where there is clear evidence of irregular betting patterns associated with match manipulation.

Live in-play betting is available on selected Cricket and Football markets. Odds during live betting update frequently to reflect the current state of play. Network delays on the player's side do not constitute grounds for bet cancellation.

7. Casino and Bingo Rules

cv99's Casino and Bingo products are provided for entertainment. All games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer studios to ensure fair outcomes. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for Slots and other RNG games are governed by the game provider's published specifications.

• Casino game results are final. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within 72 hours of the game session in question.
• Bingo rooms operate on fixed schedules and fixed ticket pricing. Ticket purchases are non-refundable once a game round has commenced.
• Live Casino games are subject to the rules of the specific live studio operating the table. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface before play begins.
• Playing two or more tables simultaneously is permitted in Live Casino but may be restricted during promotional periods where table limits apply.
• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a technical failure during a Casino or Bingo game, cv99 will investigate and, where appropriate, restore the game state or refund the stake placed during the affected round.

8. VIP Programme

The cv99 VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Progression through tiers is based on cumulative loyalty points earned through wagering activity across all eligible games and sports markets. Points accumulate automatically with no separate enrolment required.

• VIP tier benefits, including cashback rates, bonus multipliers and withdrawal limit increases, are applicable for the duration of the tier period and are subject to the tier maintenance requirements stated within the VIP programme documentation.
• Loyalty points earned through bonus wagering may contribute at a reduced rate compared to points earned through real-money wagering, as specified in the VIP programme terms.
• cv99 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, point values and associated benefits with reasonable advance notice to affected VIP members.
• Abuse of the VIP programme, including attempts to artificially inflate points through bonus exploitation, will result in points adjustment and potential account review.

9. Player Conduct

All players are expected to engage with the cv99 platform and its support team in a respectful and honest manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account action up to and including permanent closure:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technology that provides an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, circumvent limits or exploit promotions.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or offensive communication with support staff or other players in any shared platform feature.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.

cv99 cooperates fully with legitimate investigations by relevant authorities in relation to any suspected illegal activity involving the platform.

10. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. cv99 recommends using a strong, unique password for your account and enabling any additional security features made available within the platform settings, including two-factor authentication where offered.

cv99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, SMS or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from cv99 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately. cv99 will investigate and take appropriate steps to secure the account. Transactions completed before a security concern is reported may not be reversible, so prompt reporting is important.

11. Suspension and Account Closure

cv99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, use of automated tools or any other conduct that violates the fair use principles of the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any bonus funds, promotional credits and associated winnings may be voided. Real-money balances that were deposited legitimately and are not subject to active disputes will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following completion of any required investigation.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining eligible balance will be paid out subject to standard verification requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

cv99 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to all features at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues or external network conditions may affect platform availability.

• cv99 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's decision to place bets or wagers based on their own judgement.
• cv99 is not liable for losses arising from network outages, device failures or internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• cv99 is not responsible for any delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome or an incorrectly credited balance, cv99's liability is limited to restoring the account to its correct state before the error occurred.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter where exclusion would be unlawful.

13. Responsible Gaming
